He's shown way way way more trust then most of the other coaches unless their already out of everything .
Especially with the young guys . And i don't know what you all have with Sean and confidence right now he played him and we all saw how good he can play BUT he's not looking good fatigue wise right now .
Everytime he stepped on the court lately he looked like he's ran completely out of gas.
Have you ever seen Avery and his playcalling ? Franks talking a lot but mostly on defense don't see that much of calling on O . It's not like our guys look back everytime to see what the coach is telling them like in Dallas or something.
He's giving them way more freedom then most coaches in the league.
Frank is not that bad of a coach there are a lot of guys i would want less right now . I'm willing to give him time and see what he's really made of before everything else.
Frank will remain head coach

I agree everything is financial...you cant just throw dollars out the window...considering the Nets revenue...which cant be great...not saying its bad...this is a factor...
and is there probably a better fit coaching wise...probably...but I still dont feel Frank is the worst...what I thought was a slow progression at one time has become an up in the air type eval...where every game he coach different...
Frank has gotten better (I use that word w. caution) with knowing what this team needs and its new personel...we'll see if he really finds his niche w/ rotations and units which we can play consistently, have the players get used to their roles and we can get good production out of those role players...However, if a player in that unit is off, can we please see the substition after X amount of time...I think Frank waits too long to sub, or is too loyal to letting a player work through a slump during a game, where pulling would be the best option...
Frank is going through a transition as much as the players are...I'm hoping he'll be ready for next year with a system implemented with the start of the season...(since Thorn has made up his mind, unless the Aussie theory takes effect...

its an easy place to point the finger...I'm not saying he should stay as coach of the Nets...but there is a line that needs to be drawn between the Nets not executing well enough down the stretch, and where its out of Frank's coaching hands...
then there is L Frank's choice vs. the Suns to only play Diop 3 minutes...
so you can say I go back and forth...but Frank definitely deserves some of the blame...which is fair...
