Seriously, why are people talking about Jason Kidd like there is even a 1% chance that he could/would come here.

He JUST got traded to the Mavs a month ago.

Even if they don't make the playoffs, I doubt they just ship Kidd out right away.

This is a great trade, if you're a Mavs fan.

I don't see this as a bad trade I think the offer is right but not what the Bucks are looking for. Terry is not someone we need we have Mo Will. I don't see Terry and Mo Will being a good combo ont he floor togather. But it is not as bad as some of the posts have said I have seen a lot worse Redd trades on here than this one. Only reason why it should be considered bad is that we have no real use for Terry. He would be a guy stuck in limbo land here. I would say somewhere else maybe get a 3rd team?

I'd also be real interested in a Jason Kidd trade, as he would be great towards changing our selfish and lazy team attitude. He wants to play on a winner which is a huge problem, but the East is so much easier than the West and Dallas isn't that close to winning a championship that theoretically he might be OK with it.

You don't want Mo Williams around, but you're fine with Terry? He'll be 31 years old at the start of next season and owed $40 million over the next four years.

Mark Cuban 5 years ago, yes.

But he has reeled back and not spended as foolishly as you are implying.

Letting Steve Nash walk is the prime example of that.

He is committed to winning, but also committed to running the Mavericks like a business, not a money pit.

but i wouldn't be surprised if how bad of a decision that was enters his mind from time to time and might encourage some extra spending

If what you guys are saying is true about no team in the NBA being a good partner to trade Redd to, then I think we're pretty much **** if we want to get rid of Gadzuric or Simmons.

I have been thinking about Dallas as a potential trading partner lately, and about Kidd. If they miss the playoffs I can see a p*ssed off fire sale going down there, anyone else? DB I'm with you on the Kidd move.

Kidd isn't going anywhere. Also I don't want Terry here either. Also #13 pick is gonna be crap. This draft is weak after first 5 picks or so. Our pick is a little to late unless we lose every game here on out and move up a few spots after 82 games. Also I don't want 2 first rounders anyway. This team has to many young players as is. Its time to get older vets in here. Even lets say we drafted Mayo or something. We got expensive starters. There gonna be hard to trade unless we get junk in return.

MIL trades:

Why is this a good trade for the Bucks?
