The first 3 aren't close . . . shame that Bynum got such a tough first rounder, I'd have liked to see if his fanboys carried him past someone. Billups over Granger is an easy call too.
I'd take Camby over Iverson. Iverson has improved tremendously since the no handchecking rule freed him from physical defense on his drives but he is still a weak defending undersized gunner; he's just a much more efficient one now to the point where he is a very good player. Camby, however, is a great help defender at a position where talent is still very tough to find. I'd rather have his defense than Iverson's offense on the average title contending team.
As for the rest, Butler has been carrying Washington to an over .500 record without Gil Arenas. Boozer is terrific too but i'm a Wiz fan so I go for Caron. Johnson is younger and Ray Allen seems to be settling into a lesser role, I don't know how much do to age and how much teammates but I would rather have JJ at this point. Similarly Roy has been the main man on a shockingly good Portland team, Gasol never carried his weak Memphis teams anywhere so I take Roy.

Oh, and let me elaborate a bit on the Boozer-Butler choice...
They're both excellent players on winning ball-clubs, but I see them as being rather equal on offense. They're equally good scorers who play very efficiently. Boozer is the better rebounder. Butler is the better passer. The difference and what separates them enough for me to say Butler is the better player, is that Caron is seen (and is) an above-average defender. Not only man-to-man, but help defense, especially picking off passing lanes with the best of them (well over 2 steals per game). Boozer, on the other hand, is seen (at best) as an average defender, and some would go so far as to say below average.
