How the hell do you not box out in that situation.

Also the laker's ran the same damn play 3 times in a row and Young left fisher open all 3 times. I was screaming at the tv.

All in all hard fought game we should have won and needed to win. now we go to Utah tired and possibly without AD.

Love the zoom in on caron for the replay like 3 times as he told the fans to suck his dick bitches

Dude, dude!

Yes I was watching the game. Even ignoring Young's careless throw away earlier, you go with your best player in that situation.

You know, the guy that can get any shots he wants to and leads the league in free throw percentage?

and if Caron misses everyone is bitching because Nick didn't shoot it

hindsight is 20/20. There is no way you can fault them for going to Nick.

Yeah that was not a moral victory at all. Like tk said we go into Utah minus AD. We have to handle business their. I'm sure the guys will be fired up. A box out and a few bad calls costs us the game. We have to be more mentally focused as a team.

Caron's got 12 assists in the game. He leads the league in FT %. You have the lead.

There is a way you can fault them. Scoreboard says you can.

I think Caron would have found Nick wide open had Caron got the ball first.

Looking at that missed free throw again it's really quite frustating to see 3 players not doing their job.

Why does Haywood follow Turiaf all the way around to the other side of the basket? How on earth do Jamison and Butler allow Walton to split them on the box?

The Lakers only had two rebounders and kept their two guards well behind the free throw line to avoid the break.

This should have been a rebound no matter what.

 I wouldn't call Kobe Bryant and Lamar Odom scrubs and their role players like Walton and Fisher have been solid all year. I wasn't ok with losing to Portland but I can accept tonight's loss.

The Wizards are notorious for not boxing out properly on missed free throws. Especially at the least opportune times.

Jamison and Haywood usually handle the offensive glass.

Mbenga took it to Haywood. I think Brendan looked BAD today.

Jamison had a lot of bad moments tonight, too.

Tough loss when Nick and DeShawn are on fire and Caron has a triple dub.

Worst, why are they leaving three point shooters wide open?

I certainly wouldn't have bitched about Caron taking the shot. He did take us into overtime afterall and that was while Young was already hot.

This isn't the first time Jordan had him take the last shot and it has yet to work out in our favor.

Don't get cute, go with your best players in that situation always.

One more thing, our free throw shooting has really let us down lately with Jamison being the worst offender.

Hard to believe some people on this board wanted to trade Nick for nothing short of a ham sandwich before the season even started. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE

Yup. This should have been one of his best games of the season, but it turned out to be one of the worst (if not the worst).

Brendan Haywood was the worst offender who was 4 of 8 from the line.

N1 is cold blooded for sure. Once he gets more recognition, refs will give him calls (like where he was fouled on the TO in OT). He plays like this, and RMJ is expendable next year.

As good as Wood has been this season, he was awful tonight. I know everyone has a bad night, but it was glaring. He was even missing free throws like old Brendan.

Mason looked lost tonight.

Heal up AD, please.

No doubt. Aside from his poor free throw shooting and rebound he made some really questionable reads on pick and rolls that cost us big time.

Unfortunately we didn't have much of an alternative. Blatche is too soft to match up with Turiaf and Mbenga and Songaila is athletically too limited.

As much as I can't stand the guy, Etan could have really helped us tonight.

having Young off the bench is going to pay off big time in the next year or so. We finally have that bench player who can come in and score. Still, we're always a big man away from being a force and until that happens this team is going to be average and frustrating to watch.
