The only thing I dont like about him is his set play when there is 5 or 6 seconds left. It is just the same play over and over again.

If they are up by 3 with 5 seconds to go and the other team has the ball he doesn't foul. That is bad imo. He also needs to play young guys more and it shouldn't be a question what the starting lineup should be.
Besides those things he seems pretty good to me. Better then Rudy T.
