vs.

Key Points

1. Perimeter defense, can't let Artest, Martin and there other swings like Salmons and Grcia beat us. If we show up with the same defense that we did against San Antonio, we lose. As simple as that.

2. Get off to a good start, can't let Sacramento think they're in the game and ever have momentum because they are a very good home team (one of the best) and have already beaten us there earlier this season.

Most importantly......GO ROCKETS!

Must win , we need to win the games against losing teams the rest of the way , that will give us 55 wins and we will have a shot at homecourt in the 1st round.

Desperate need for this win. We just got to hope San Antonio and the Lakers and PHX lose 1-2 games and we go 4-0 on this road stretch. This game is a must win though.

Based on his last performance against these same Kings, Novak should start and play all 48.

Welcome to the NBA...

Yesterday the Spurs droped an insane fg % on us that make make us look like garbage but thats ok after all they are the defending champs.

Now look at this... Phoenix Suns, yes... you hear Phoenix Suns, they are down 19 at the half against Denver and shooting a misarable low 32% fg compared to a 60% from Denver.

Dallas is actually borderline sliping out of the playoff...

Drama and more Drama...

Right now nothing surprise anymore me this season.

Tmac has to get out of this shooting slump, or we're going nowhere. I loved his aggressiveness at the start of the Spurs game, and if he can get that fire back, he'll be just fine.

I don't think he's in a shooting slump. I think it's his shoulder now or at least it was on Sunday. Either that or the Spurs defense on Sunday, but I don't think he's in a slump. Hopefully he will pick it up though tomorrow.

T-Mac is never a good shooter
he's a volume shooter
instead of scoring himself he's setting up his teammates
which obviously take away the numbers of attempts he's having

T-Mac's greatest strength is passing. Then would be his jump shot. I think he needs to drive more though, regardless of the injury. If he drives more to the basket, it just makes our team a whole lot better.

Another day another loss.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

Safe to say we gonna need an offensive outburst to beat this team. We just haven't played good defense in a long time and we can't afford to lose this. I am not sure how we'll fare but in the back of mind is the notion of us actually falling out of the playoff picture b/c and I think we all will agree....we just have not been good since early March.

We need Landry to pick it up physically and get after every board and be ready to put it back or drop it in.

Our defense is crappy. And Rafer's shooting is even worst. Somehow someway we gotta find a way to stay close and try to win at the end. I shouldn't be saying that against a -500 team but man we just have not played well lately.
