man, how didn't amare get this? He averaged 30 and 9, at some ridiculous FG% (which i didnt calculate) and Phoenix go 11-5. I mean he got under 20 points ONCE (!!) all month, and shot below 50% twice.

LMAO this is b.s Chris Paul probably won because he averaged like 12 assists in March, but Amare averaged over 30ppg and 12 rebounds and he doesnt even get the award.

Well 11-5 isn't exactly the most impressive record for a month, especially not for the Suns. And if Amare had actually averaged pushed himself to average double figures in rebounds (rather than the 9 that he always seems to be stuck on), he might receive some more consideration.

Not to take away from how Amare's playing. He's been a beast lately, and that's an understatement. But I don't think he deserved POTM honors this time around.

chris paul is a beast, i wont argue with any accolades he gets

especially if getting snubbed makes amare angry!
