Screw it, Kobe's the Greatest, Lebron sucks....Lebron will never win a ring....Lebron can't sniff Kobe's jock....

hows that.

Oh yeah....you want to find out who's the best? Just ask Lebron.

There, now I'm just like all the other Laker fans.

OUT!!! :meditate:

Well I tried the other way, but I'm not gonna lay down my Kobe card like a punk the way you guys want me too. And you won't accept anything less, so f*** it. We both know that Lakers and Cavs fans can't participate in the debate rationally so why try. Hopefully we'll see you in the finals.

"I'm not gonna lay down my Kobe card like a punk the way you guys want me too"

LMAO !!!

You're taking this so damn serious...Are we trying to break you down mentally, my man ?? Are we ripping away at your pride ??

How about this: THANKS for the LeBron comment.. Now make like a ball and bounce the hell out of here.. That's what should have been said a page back, and it's a simple solution...

WIN/WIN for everyone...

I still say that nobody said anything negative about Kobe. But for some reason you guys just can't seem to understand that not everybody is going to be as pro Kobe as you guys seem to think we should be. He's a fabulously talented player but the last 2 yrs I'd still rather have LeBron. Is that saying something negative for Kobe, I don't think so, but I'm pretty sure you would.

I can't believe you think I was taking this serious. If you couldn't see what I was doing with my last two comments than I don't know what to tell you.

All in good fun....

Break me down mentally? Take away my pride? LOLOLOLOLOLOLLLOLOLOLOL :rofl2:

It might be taken away if my team was 40-32 in the east....

Silly Cavs fans....didn't mean to get your hopes up like that.

I used to live near Cleveland so I know what it's like. You just can't catch a break, Indians suck, Browns suck, Cavs can't pull it together....Lebron won't even commit to staying in Cleveland, he's probably bouncing in 09. I mean you do have the Buckeys....oh wait...thats Columbus. Sorry about that.

Trying to take the pride away from a Laker fan is like thinking your hurting Bill Gates feelings because he got that 42.00 parking ticket for double parking at Ohio St. I love you guys anyway...I miss Skyline Chili....Weinerschnitzel just isn't the same....I miss them Cheese Conies.

I suspected that you were trolling all along, but finally you dropped the facade. Bashing all the Cleveland teams was clearly an attempt at baiting. Here's your warning.

Skyline Chilli is not Cleveland. Thats Cincinatti.

But yes props to you for cheering for the Lakers. Im sure it must be so hard to suffer with that team through all those down years. Im also gonna guess you are a Patriot, and either Red Sox or Yankee fan as well.

Oh and for someone who said they dont care much about the Cavs you sure are putting a lot of effort into being on our board.

Skyline is also in Columbus, which is where I went to school...Ohio St.. Great college food. I'd make the drive down to Cleveland to catch some Indians and Browns games, this was pre lebron so it wasn't worth it to go to Cavs games. I was born in L.A. so my teams go as follows

Lakers

Raiders (suffering for the last 24 years.....cmon, we're the laughing stock of the NFL until Al Davis kicks off.)

Dodgers (suffering for the last 20 years)

don't have a hockey team, I can care less. But if you put a gun to my head I'd say Kings, even though I can't name a single player on their team.

So no, I don't root for all the best. I detest the Patriots, I hate the Yankees, hated the Bulls, hated the Cowboys.... so I'm not a bandwagon fan as you were inferring.

And I'm posting in this ONE thread only, and I'm only coming back because your responses are hilarious and it's mildly amusing. You'll probably never here from me again...until we play each other. Even though you hate me, I'll still buy you a beer and watch the game with you guys. Come on, stop being so hateful.

LOL, so we won't "here" from you again huh? And you went to tOSU? Man, I'm kinda disappointed.

First and foremost, nobody hates you no matter how annoying you are trying to be. If anything you are pitied for feeling the need to come here to promote the player you are a fan of.

Sorry for misspelling "hear", pretty sure I'm not the first guy to do it. No need to be a self righteous A-hole, especially when your quoting Marianne Williamson as your attempt to make us all think that you read (instead of hearing that quote in a movie somewhere recently).

I'm not trying to be annoying (even if I am annoying you), and I don't feel the need to come and "advertise" my player. But it's no fun having this discussion with Laker fans, it's much more interesting to argue with other extreme. So no need to pity me....I was curious. None of us have a vote so it doesn't matter what we think. These arguments are useless....much like an atheist debating creationism with a self proclaimed Christian.

Oh well.....think what you want....good luck this year. I'm leaving now before I get banned for something silly. Who's really baiting who?

Let me first say I am a die hard Piston fan.

My two cents:

I have seen Kobe and Lebron play many times, and I say "WOW!" probably 10 times a game when I watch lebron play. When I watch kobe, I dont say that nearly as much.

Lebron killed the Pistons last year to get to the finals. Kobe could not have done what lebron did to Tayshaun Prince and the Pistons D. If you put Kobe on the cavs last year, They dont even get there.

Hmm please explain.

Would you agree Lebron's game has improved significantly since his rookie season? He was physically developed in HS, so any maturation of his game and skills comes from nothing but hard work.

Lebron was known as a choker and now has become one of (if not the best) closers in the NBA. How else do you define mentally tough?

There are alot of big guys who can jump high, run fast, etc. that don't amount to anything. Lebron's skill level is what makes him an elite player.
