Avery needs to get out of his safe zone and make some personal changes...

Good mix of veterans and youth
Play young players / develop them / learn to trust them
Stop boxing in what every player should be at every position
Learn to avoid predictability
Put players in the right position to score and be effective

Avery has the brains to do this, he just has boxed himself in with his thinking.
If we could just close games with Luka, Kyrie, Green, Maxi, and Wood that'd be great...

Isiah is a good coach, he's just a major a-hole as a person. If he was the Mavs coach I'd probably be okay with it as long as he didn't trade Dirk and Donnie Nelson stayed GM.

When he filled in for Don Nelson, I think he did a great job. I liked him more than Del Harris.

You all are forgetting something...

Donnie when he subbed had Del Harris by his side
Avery when he subbed had Del Harris by his side
Up until this season: Don, Donnie, Avery all had Del by their side.
Now, Avery doesn't have Del.

Del in my opinion has been the calming and cohesive factor on this team. Without him, we've been in disarray...
If we could just close games with Luka, Kyrie, Green, Maxi, and Wood that'd be great...
