Treat him like a Ben Gordon kind of bench player and go with what has been working all year long: Butler and Jamison are your go to guys who get others involved. I almost feel like Butler and Jamison were disrespected tonight and they have every right to be pissed off and neglected.
and it never shouldve even came down to that final shot. YOu guys are focusing on who was in on the final shot and what not, that doesnt matter. You put a team like the Bucks away when you're up 10 in the 4th quarter. Don't start playing one on one defense and jacking stuff up. Get to the line and increase the lead.
eerrrrrggggg Whatever...
I'm not going to judge to much by just one game but that was strange to watch.
I didn't even recognize that team out there tonight. Sure we scored a lot of points early but the tempo was way up and there were lots of sloppy passes. I remember when the 2nd quarter started I was like, aahhh, there is our offense.
Having GA back changed a lot for this team. I just hope we don't throw away all the things we learned while he was out. And we were way lucky to even have it that close. The shot before last for MIL the guy was wide open from 15ft. No one was even near him. Our D sucked. We were not balanced and they got several easy baskets. Pts differential wins game, not lots of pts
So much for GA learning something watching us all year and him coming back as a passer. 2 assists and 4 turnovers in 20 mins wasn't getting it done.
We really needed this win and sad to say, we probably would have won if GA didn't play but I guess we have to live throw the integration because we will need his talent come playoffs.
Hopefully he rethinks his game. He changed the game from what everyone was comfortable with to what he is comfortable with.
We had 16 turnover and play no D in a fast tempo game. I would have been nice if he just brought his talent to the style we have played all year and slowly allowed the team to adjust.
But it was nice to see him on the court again.
EJ did well sharing the minutes but like it was said, GA had no business being out there for the last defensive play. He blow it leaving his man to take a step toward the whole.
