Yeah I was actually hoping the Raptors woud be able to set the Hawks back some so that the Nets would have something to play for as the season winds down =[

Hopefully Stern does what's right...

Well that scorekeepers just have to be fired or something i mean wtf.

Not that i really thought we could catch the Hawks anyway with our scedule but just to have the players still play hard and have something to play for like Netsforce said .

That's at least the 3rd big blunder Altlanta officials have made in keeping score/time this season alone. Ridiculous.

im a rutgers alum and remember the tenessee/rutgers incident from this past season, so i guess im used to this garbage..... but i already came to the realization that missing the playoffs is both a real possibility and not that bad a situation considering we get a chance at the lotto, and we really have no chance of upsetting boston anyway

Anything that helps us get more balls is a positive if you ask me, it'll be more than this team has shown all season!!!

A fan of the new jersey nets knows that it is in the best interest of the organization to get a higher draft pick.

Well we obviosly don't get a top pick so i don't care what pick we get it won't be higher then 8 and not lower then 11 .

So unless they somehow win out and ATL loses their nerves it doesn't really matter what we do .

how do u figure that? Its a lottery. any team can get any pick. There were 6 teams worse than portland last year and they got the 1st pick. Its not likely but in the lottery its possible to get a really high pick even if your not a terrible team.

It's time for Kiki to earn his money with this draft pick and Thorn to work his magic with another trade.

Just to clarify, the Atlanta scorekeepers were not responsible for the Toronto debacle. It was the referee who started the clock to early. This has been widely reported yet no one seems to realize, but the Hawks organization had NOTHING to do with what happened.

No Brook Lopez PLEASE... We have enough bigs already.

Draft a SG like Eric Gordon or OJ Mayo if they fall to us..
