Tickets for tomorrow?

Post#1 » by jeremyd236 » Thu Apr 3, 2008 11:24 pm

I was wondering if anyone here had at least 3 lower bowl tickets for tomorrow's game that they'd be willing to make a deal with.

I know there's a lot of offers from the Bucks, but those are all bad seats.

Also, has anyone bought tickets from the scalpers outside the BC? Will I be able to get a good deal on lower tickets for 3 people?

I would guess yes but I'm not 100% certain.

Do the scalpers usually offer good deals or will the Bucks ticket office directly offer them around 7:00 and they still have thousands of tickets left to sell?

I've never dealt with scalpers before but knowing how much the Bucks suck I'm sure you could haggle and get them to drop their asking price.

Just be careful who you go to. There is always this one crew that tries to work together and rip everyone off. They will tell you the game is sold out no matter who we play, and feed you a bunch of BS.

Thanks, I'm going to be careful since it's my first time buying from a scalper.

I don't think I'm going to fall for the sold out trick though.....I'm expecting maybe 12,000 max for this game.

This will be the first year since I've been following the Bucks that I haven't gone to a game. Man, how the mighty have fallen. Anyway, I would think that scalpers are smart with what they do so they won't charge a ton for a Bucks game.

It's been 20+ years, but yes...they were mighty. Too bad you younger guys weren't around to see it. Those playoff series against Boston and Philly were legendary.

Umm, yes. I got a $181 courtside seat (I could have spit on Isiah Thomas if I wanted to) for $50 on a weekend. If you're looking for best deal, head to the BC right before tipoff, scalpers will haggle with you minimially but they know they have no choice but to give in.

I highly recommend courtside seats though, such a different experience.
