I want Bill Walker if he comes out. Explosive, strong and fiery. We need some wing players to phase in as Ray/Pierce age.

I don't know much about the big men.

How about joe alexander if he comes out? He can learn from pierce and ray and can learn without presurethough he would probably be taken. Bill walker has had lots of inujries though he is talented. Rush would be nice but my favorite is hansbrough.

Anyone like Sonny Weems from Arkansas? He just won the collegiate slam dunk contest. I liked him a lot at Arkansas, he's a freak athlete who also has a very good midrange game. Also shot 40% from the 3-point line this past season. Reminds me a little of a taller Tony Allen. I don't know why the mocks have him as a 2nd round pick.

I like Bill Walker from Kansas St. and Tyler Smith from Tennessee as well. Not sure if either will come out though.

Check this thread for an explanation on who we're going to take.

With the 30th pick, it is the hardest spot to predict. Ainge is probably looking at players from the mid first round to mid second round he also might pick at #60.. There is no way to know who is out there. The one we want may drop out or rise his stock up. I would rather wait until June and see who is out there after 29 picks. As far as I know, we could use another Kendrick Perkins.

Danny will go for the BPA. To me our biggest weakness right now is at the backup 2 guard. TA just isn't cutting it. He gives us nothing on offense and when you look at our bench they really struggle to score at times. A big guard like Rush might be a nice fit. I also like Roberts out of Memphis a lot and I think he will be there unless of course he plays his way into a higher draft position in the next 2 games which is certainly possible. As for bigs we could use a another 7 footer for sure to replace pollard who is gone ( I hope) but I would also really like a tayshaun type of player - a 6 10, 6-11 guy who can run the floor, block shots and guard guys like tayshaun, amare etc. If PJ brown decides to reup the extra big becomes less of a priority. So my first choice would be a 6 6 or 6 7 SG/SF who can defend and hit the outside shot. BTW I thik Gabe is going to be a very nice addition next year as a combo 1/2. I don't see how we keep cassell unless you deal tony which is a possiblity.

I forgot to add that I still think Artest would be a dynamite addition to this team if his head were in the right place. as good as our d is now it would be off the charts with artest
