I picked this up off a Bulls site, but a S&T involving a large raise (either Josh) is subject to BYC rules. Their example is Gordon or Deng, but the case would apply here also.

I think it is likely that we match offers for both players, but I just wanted to pass on this little note which indicates that the old adage of we can work out a S&T isn't always an easy matter.
I'm assuming their facts are straight, but if you know something that refutes it I'd love to read it.
