Well season is over most likely anyway no need to risk a bigger injury for just a slight chance of a win in Detroit .

What really bothers me is... with 5:00 minutes remaining, Frank put in Armstrong, Krstic and Hassel for Swift, SWill (who is playing good) and Nachbar (who is a disaster anyways). I mean... CLEARLY we have no shot to get in the playoffs, they are basketball professionals, so they should know, and we're not but we're able to feel that there is probably no chance for us to get in AND i think thats why VC is on the bench too. So why not just let them play! Detroit has young guns playing already.

I dont understand this coach, unbelievable
Im sure we're still gonna see Frank in two more years and thats whats sad about the whole thing. Even if we get better from the FA or Draftpicks, we're still gonna be the same team with the same s2pid coach.

I don't want Swill to play that much in garbage time , you're not learning anything in garbage time . Its just depressing. Play him in meaningful minutes where you actually run some sets or something .

Play the guys you need to evalute or need some PT to get back in rhythm.

well VC said even if they are out of the playoffs he still would like to play (there are two games vs Toronto left). I'd rather he shut it down and be a cheerleader for Ager and the young guys.

Devin's emergence next year (get that Clyde Drexler kick jumpshot fixed) with some bench help (one of those hard nosed defensive guys who has no offensive game except to shoot jumpshots esp 3's well would be nice) is going to be key.

SWat came in like gangbusters but has fallen off. I wish he got more regular minutes but it is what it is and hopefully he can develop a smarter game with a year under his belt. He also needs to get stronger.

The thing that sucks is no matter what they do in the offseason I won't trust the Nets until I see they actually start a season off well (it looked like it this year then bust...).

I'm hoping playbook next year is geared heavily towards Devin / VC handling the rock and less useless motion.

We really need to get back into the transition game since we got a bunch of young guys who can run.

None of that ISO bull **** unless it's really necessary.

Look at Philly, they were absolutely atrocious, and with the change of style of play, they're a force to be reckoned with. I'm rooting for Philly to win the east.

That would require the Nets go out and hire another coach.

Philly has started playing defense that's where their real change has come. The fact that they're running more is what I like to consider a cosmetic change.

I'm fine with having the Nets running more, which they have been by the way, but you have to be able to defend...

Did anyone else get a kick out of Carlos Delfino trying to go play-for-play with Carter?

Carter was just straight abusing Delfino and then Delfino comes down and shoots that horrendous 3. That was just priceless
