I don't like Chris Miller's interview style. He's always serious, lighten up a little.

I'm an unapologetic Dave Branch fan.

Arenas is no doubt playing against the worst competition he's faced in his entire career.

Think about it, Arenas is a #1 option superstar. He always starts and usually faces the opponent's best perimeter defender. He goes up against the 29 best perimeter defenders in the league night in and night out.

Tonight, he is coming off the bench, against a team whose starters wouldn't make the 8-man rotation on any decent team. Miami's bench players wouldn't make the practice squad of most NBA teams. And now, one of those poor bastards has been selected to check Gilbert Arenas.

Dave Branch rules!

Anyway, that play that Butler tried to make is the same reason why he always gets nicked up. There was no need to do a semi-dive to save the ball, just let it go out of bounds. He could have turned an ankle, anything.

I know we're up big, but our perimeter defense has still been awful.

Ignore my previous post. It's now BECAUSE of our perimeter defense that our lead isn't "big" anymore.

I am more pleased with the resurgence of Blatche than I am of the return of Arenas, and I

the only way this team can get back in this game is behind the arc and we're continually giving up open 3's.

I can't believe that Caron Butler is on pace to play 44 minutes in a home game against the Miami Heat.

If we played a lick of perimeter defense, we'd be up 20+ and Caron wouldn't be needed.

I'm not so much grumbling about EJ's decision to play him. I'm grumbling that our team has played so poorly that playing Butler 44 minutes is necessary.
