I've learned over the time that Lakers fans aren't that bad when Kobe isn't involved in the discussion..they are far from the worst in the NBA..there are a few West playoff teams that I would say have the worst fans in the NBA..

Thay have pretty bad fans. And no, nashill, it's better to have no fans than to have the worst fans.

You know, its funny watching the lakers play defense.

They are just SO FUNDAMENTALLY terrible on defense, its hilarious.

I mean really.

Farmar fouling.
Leaving shooter open.

I honestly, when I watch them play good D, I find that it's by accident.

As much as they run an offensive system effectively, they are just the opposite wiht NO CONCEPT whatsoever of a defensive system.

EACH GAME, they play the Pick and roll differently and its NEVER the right outcome.

What a JOKE of a defensive team. Phil Jackson better hire a guy like John Bach, because he's an EMBARASSMENT for a defensive coach.

How can a 9 time ring winning coach run a team with SUCH atrocious pick and roll defense.

they have millions of fans... half of them are the best people around..half of them are the worst fans...

spurs have like hundreds of fans, half of them are the best people around, half of them are the worst..

Kobe can only guard so many guys on the OTHER team.

WHAT A JOKE of a team.

Luke basically came in and fouled 3 times in 2 minutes.

Lakers defense is the BIGGEST JOKE ever.

No reboundign, NO D.

Seriously man.

The reason every game is SUCH A struggle for this team is because they play ZERO DEFENSE.

They dotn evne fundamentally BOX out for rebounds properly.

That goes for Kobe too!

But strangely the Knicks have the best fans in the NBA (or at least top 3).

Dallas-Lakers would be a pretty sweet first round matchup. Not sure LA takes them without Bynum playing and playing well. I'll admit I'm not a Mavs fan by any stretch of the imagination but their probably the underdog I'd like to play least in the first round.

mike breen's sucking off of nba officials sickens me.

he just spent 60 seconds talking about how great joey crawford is and how much he was missed in last years playoffs, and justifying a questionable call by him.

he's an awful ref who holds vendettas and takes over games with his whistle.

Trust me on this:

The Lakers play the WORST defense of ANY of the top records in the NBA.

Boston
Detroit
NOH
SA
Lakers

Who's the odd one out???

You got it....the PATHETIC PERIMETER defense of the lakers.

And tonight, the shots arent falling, so its a long night....LOL

NO is looking pretty good for the one seed in the West. Its going to be hard not to give the MVP to Paul because of that. I don't think they're the best team and I definately don't think they'll win it all this year but with home court in all the West series they could do some damage.

As long as he cannot win a championship, no matter how much you pay, your payment will go down in the history as, let's see, just a regular payment. And in the case of a Nowitzki repeat from him, I think you may even start refusing that you ever paid cash for the performance during the regular season.
