The Mariners shouldn't do this. The most valuable piece is Clement and nothing they get back would be as valuable as a catcher who can hit like him.

Do you remember how the Sox got Varitek in the first place? That's right an awful trade of the Ms giving him and Lowe away for one Heathcliff Slowcom, one of the worst trades in the Ms history, and BBJ you want us to repeat this disaster? Now to think Bavasi would make an awful trade on his way out the door in Seattle, Ya im on board but it wont be history repeating itself the fans of Seattle say hell no!
