Hammers: bobcats Vs raps (in Canada)
Gold: Swish. Great passing, soild on the boards, shot well, was our leader out there.
Silver: EO50. If he had got more touches he could have had a huge game. Played strong and ran the court well.
Bronze: Felts. Actually played better at the 2 than he did at the point!!

Richardson
Emeka
Boykins
Felton
Richardson decided that he was going to ruin our crappy perimeter defense and his shot was there, so we decided to let him run hog-wild and do whatever the Sam-Hell he pleased.
*grumbles*
Okafor was awesome, could've been better if he'd gotten the ball more. I find it unfathomable that 6 players had more shots than Okafor and among them were Felton (41.2% FG) and Boykins (25%).
That boggles my mind. Dudley impressed me early and then faded out.
Despite sucking from the field, Boykins gets props for tearing out defense apart with his passing. 1 more assist than Felton in 14 fewer minutes. Nice.
Felton scored pretty well in the second half and he rebounded and passed well.

felton dominated the 4th quarter. its hard to blame him for taking shots when he is getting to the rim on every drive. felton, for the most part, was finishing in the 4th and at least one of his missed drives resulted in an easy bucket for nazr since half the raps defense went after felton. i never have a problem with felton taking those types of shots when that is what the defense is allowing. its the contested jumpers with 10 seconds on the clock that bug me.
on the other hand, no idea why okafor didnt get many shots early. possibly because jrich was on fire??? not sure. jamereo didnt seem to have any problems jacking up shots. that dude loves to shoot.
i've always skewed my voting with a heavy weighting towards the 4th quarter and clutch play, as opposed to slam who looks at the game on a broader level. to each his own. looks like i am getting outvoted tonight though

3 - Felton - carried us from the third quarter through the 4th. Once he hit those 2 threes the defense closed in and he was able to get to the rim any time he wanted. Took contact and finished a few times too.
2 - J-Rich - This guy can flat out score, some of the shots he was making were Jordan-like. His second half of the season is an all-star calibur one.
1 - Okafor - Didn't get anything going till later on in the game. Shot well, got to the line, rebounded, but what the hell was with giving up so many easy shots to Rasho. How does that guy always seem to hurt us?

Gold - Swish...scary good! (Rasho: please don't hurt me Mr. Swish!)
Silver - Felts...14 points in the 4th quarter, stuffed the stats with 6 boards/7 assists/21 points.
Bronze - Mek...solid overall game; very nice to see him back in double digit rebounding.

Also I did see the two crazy no-look reverse layups in traffic he had. As Stephanie Ready would say, RIM AWARENESS!
Swish has been flat out amazing over the last few games. That "no play" where the foul was called during the behind the back pass to Felts who continued the motion for an "oop" to Crash for the one handed jammer was beauty...then the last game he made another behind the back pass to Crash (I think).
That dunk last night was just mean...I jumped out of my chair. One of the layups you mentioned (between 2 guys) was unbelievable, had no idea how he made it.
If he's not an all star next year it'll be a travesty.

Gold - Jason. Aside from the solid all around play, didn't he have two no look finishes and two behind the back passes for assists?
Silver - Felton. Looks more like a PG every game. Don't give up on him yet.
Bronze - Okafoyle. Tore up the soft creamy center of the of the Raptors defense like he was supposed to.

lol @ Okafoyle. It's funny but I can see the resemblence. Okafor is what he is, a rebounding, shot blocking machine who can clean up around the rim. He has a slightly more advanced offensive game than Foyle in his prime, but I think we all hold out hope Okafor will expand his offensive game to some more mid range jumpers.

I know, I lol'd too!
Then I went to nba.com, and found out that Okafor's 25/23 game this year against Indiana would have been career highs in Foyle's 11-year-career, Okafor is averaging more -defensive- rebounds this year than Foyle has averaged -total- rebounds his entire career, Okafor has averaged a double-double his entire career whereas Foyle hasn't even averaged a single-double, and Okafor has better careers averages in FG%, FT%, offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds, total rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and points.
And then I stopped lol'ing.
