C'mon. The Raptors are supposed to be better than us.

rasho is teh shizz
lmao

i think from this game we determined that Stromile Swift can pull off rediculous dunks with no space, completley akward and at almost any angle near the hoop. if hes near the hoop , and he has about a foot or two to get some acceleration, hes throwin that ish down.

I wish Josh Boone could do something like that instead of trying to lay it in.
Throw it down and show some authority.

Really a pointless win but for the heck of it beating the dino- Raptors is always a good thing :)

However the really good news that made my day was Vince's post game interview he showed that he's still commited to this team and will be happy to be with us on the (hopefully) winning side next year.

I agree the win was pretty much pointless for standings pov, but it does feel good beating down the Raptors.

This is my attitude and kudos to the Nets players & Management for (so far...haha) playing this thing out the "right way". This is the type of organization I want to root for, not one that is stumbling on itself to try & get the most number of scrubs to play out the season to better their lottery chances.

NBA off-season really sucks when your team goes out like this (other team I root for, Raps, will at least be there for one playoff series) but at least it's almost time to start playing basketball for real !

Hopefully there will be some positive excitement for the Nets organization to get some more people posting on this board next season but I don't mind being able to read everyone's post whereas it's sometimes too 'fast' on other boards.

I read a couple of threads on the Knicks boards where the "fans" are blatantly rooting for the Knicks to lose. It's really quite depressing.

Can't really blame them. They've been losing so long plus they got a great shot at getting the 1st pick and they're all within couple of wins of each other besides the heat.
