Steph was one of my favorite players for as long as I can remember, but he sure does say some dumb sh*t at times.

I remember when he was in PHO, and played with Amare in just his rookie year (13.5 PPG, 8.8 RPG), and said that Amare was the best high school-to-pro's player in the league. When a reporter pointed out that he had played alongside Kevin Garnett he said, "Comparing Amare to Garnett is like comparing Michael Jordan to Mario Elie."

Yeah Steph is an idiot for a basketball player, but he is a good guy in general. Didn't he donate a mill to the Katrina victims???
