I think it is pretty safe to imagine Hinrich staying on the Bulls.

None of those other guards can play PG. Bulls need a PG.

Neither Gordon, Hughes or Thabo can play the position effectively.

Isn't Duhon a PG?

If Dallas misses the playoffs, of even gets eliminated in the 1st round, i'd make a play for Hinrich if I was them. In my mind, Kidd just doesn't fit in with what Dallas is doing because his strength is facilitating the offense. Dallas doesn't need someone to create because Nowitzki, Terry, Stackhouse, even Howard can all create their own shots. So he's a little redundant in their current system.

Hinrich would be a better fit because not only can he stabilise the offense, he is a better shooter and a better defender than Kidd.

Kidd would give the Bulls the veteran leader they need and a facilitator for Gordon, Deng, Nocioni and the rest of their young core.

A trade of Kidd for Hinrich and Hughes would help both teams.

Kidd/ Gordon/ Deng/ Gooden/ Noah
Duhon/ Sefolosha/ Nocioni/ Thomas/ Gray

Hinrich/ Terry/ Howard/ Nowitzki/ Dampier
Barea/ Hughes/ Stackhouse/ Bass

Duhon is a PG but he's a Free Agent after this season & the Bulls probably will not re-sign him. Duhon is only a reserve at best. Also, Duhon loves to party & over does it. He almost certainly will not be back

Since Kidd was traded to Dallas, the Mavs are 1-11 to date against teams over .500 That isnt the kind of stat that will make him appealing to Bulls management - especially since the Mavs are far better than the Bulls in terms of personnel.
