Warriors Trade
Stephen Jackson
Al Harrington

Lakers Trade
Lamar Odom
Trevor Ariza

Once Bynum is back, your frontcourt is going to look a little bit crowded. Stephen Jackson gives you the true "3" that can lock down the opposing teams best scorer, and hit the three ball consistently. Al Harrington would also fit in nicely in the Triangle, and give you a versatile front court man.

Odom and Ariza are two players that fit better in an up tempo free flowing offense.

This isn't a completely ludicrous proposal. Some sort of explanation would be appreciated. What would you be looking for in an Odom trade?

i'm ready to dump odom now. but with the way hes been playing lately, it seems that anything including lamar odom is very unpopular, especially right now.

It all depends on Odom if he is willing to take a smaller contract. If he accepts, there is no point in make this trade. But if he rejects, I think this is a nice offer TBH.

Stephen Jackson is not a cancer as the media makes him to be. He is actually a pretty good leader on the team. Moreover, he defends and is a veteran with championship experience. Al Harrington is versatile and he can be a poor man's Odom (The current one).

I'm a Laker fan and I probably do this. I don't like Harrington and I don't like giving up Ariza but Stephen Jackson is perfect for us. He's a veteran and has great playoff experience winning a ring with San Antonio. He's a great defender, can score, and has a really money 3 point shot that Odom just doesn't have.

Do we have to include Ariza and Harrington?

Adding Harrington can give us some insurance in case our big men got injured. Ariza has to go because we will be too crowded in SF. Plus the Warriors won't accept Vlad or Walton (a lesser version of Dunleavy )

Ok, I will bite.

While I dont think Stephen Jackson is a bad defender, I would take Ariza over him in the defensive side of the ball everytime. As far, as offensive, jackson is much better but offense isnt really something we covet. However, Ariza is also a slasher and that fits in better with what we need. What I see of Jax in GS is he has the green light to shoot 3's and thats not what we are looking for.

I take Ariza here.

Harrington too me is and always has been overrated. This is just my opinion but he is like Odom light. Odom is a better rebounder and playmaker and is 6'10. That means we dont have to play the traditional lineups every game and with injuries we can move from 3-4 on any given night.

Chemistry is also an issue and Odom is a big part of this team chemistry wise.

I take Odom here.

This deal helps you more than it helps us and I would pass.

IF Odom disappears in the playoffs(which i doubt) I'm all for it.

As a bonus seeing Captain Jack at my local exotic dancing establishment would be pretty tight... as long as i dont get shot.

That would probably be a bad trade for the Lakers! B-Diddy parties wayyy too hard when he's back in LA. He'd be hungover/still drunk half of the games. :lol:

I would like lakers to do capt jack and harrington for odom and walton. But i don't think gsw fans would like that.
