Recent memory for me. Putting Yao on Boozer in last year's Rockets/Jazz series. Who would you rather attempt to beat you? Boozer or Okur? Hayes should have been on Boozer and JVG should have forced a noob like Okur to beat us from 25 feet rather than have a bonafide baller like Boozer destroy us from 15 feet and in.

Riley not pulling Starks for Hubert Davis (a very underrated shooter) in game 7 of the finals.
Ewing and Amare walking off the bench in playoff series vs. their arch-rivals.
Dunleavy not calling a timeout sooner in game 7
Spurs playing Nick Van Exel in 05-06

I've honestly never heard of this event(wasn't born). Could someone fill me in as to what happened and what the consequences were?

tbhq I think Horry would have still made a 3 pointer in Sheed's face even if he didn't double down. He was making every single shot and had a superman dunk prior to that shot. It almost seemed like destiny :(

Kwame falling for Tim Thomas' shot fake in Game 6 2 years ago against Phoenix. That's the shot that won them the series.

Amare and Diaw stepping onto the court in what will forever be remembered as one of the greatest (dumbest) displays of fake toughness ever.

Those two were just fronting, they knew they weren't going to start anything with the Spurs, so why did they step on the court? The world may never know...
