I wonder why the Pistons are so high. Seems like they'd be a little lower to me. I wonder how they've faired against the West.
I'll bet the Jazz have a better record against those other 9 teams than the pistons do.

Someone correct me on this, but I believe that the Pistons had a similar record against the West that the Celtics had.

Pistons are 21-8 against the West and still get to play Minnesota at home next. If they beat Minny, they move to 22-8 which is .733 against the West. Boston is 25-5 for a winning % of .833.
