A real in depth interview...

3SoB: We try to be as honest as we can with a bent towards humor. Today we are going to be a little more serious. My first question is pretty straight forward, what is your vision of the team going forward? How long do you expect we can return to the playoffs? How long before we are competing for a championship?
MH: My vision for the team is we are in the process of rebuilding the team. We got a nucleus of 5 young players that we are trying to build a team around. That doesn

The grizz are not badly placed for the future, depending on who they pick up this season they could be quite competative next season (about 30 win competative i mean)
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."

I'm not surprised that he didnt mention Miller or Navarro since they are a bit older, but he missed out Darko too

He didn't 'miss out' on Darko, that was a mistake plain and simple. I think Gay can be a mid-level star in the league (think PP) and Warrick can be a great third or fourth option. The Grizz have a lottery pick and can only hope for landing a star. I mean, just like every other team that doesn't have a true star, you just have to have the right combination of good personnel management and luck to try to land one.

And until you do, all you're doing is treading water. Unless you're the Pistons, I guess.
