IMO you're overrating several project centers (Jordan, McGee, Koufos), except Thabeet who I would have ahead of McGee and Koufos and close to Jordan in the ~10 range.

I also think that you have several established players underrated - CDR, Tyler Smith, Hansbrough.

Wow, in one game Arthur went from being a reach at 12, to unavailable at 12? :-?

In my opinion:

Way too high - Jordan
A bit too high - Gallinari, Batum, Hibbert

Way too low - Westbrook
A bit too low - CDR, Robin Lopez, Tyler Smith

I have problems with everyone of your odd picks in the top 10.

And you have an ax to grind with Westbrook or something? I mean 22? Behind Donte Green by 11 spots? Do you watch games or read a Chad Ford article every three months to get these ratings?

Just wondering what happened to some guys
Jaycee Carroll
Derrick Low
Chris Lofton

I view them as all pretty much the same player but are they not draft material?

This is the order I rate these players. Not, where i think they will be drafted. That is what the mock is for. Arthur helped his stock some, but he is prolly still gonna be there at #12.

No, I watched an entire season of Westbrook ball hogging and playing out of control. Lots of 1 on 3 fast breaks and blocked layups. The guy is a good defender and has some skills, but he has yet to really learn how to play basketball. He needs to take the And1 Mix Tape out of his game if he wants to play in the NBA.

Lofton is not draft material. Too small to play SG in the NBA. Low and Carroll both have a shot to be picked and likely would have been in the next 10 players.

I think, as far as Big Boards go...
Jordan, Gallinari, Arthur, Greene, McGee, Koufos, Hibbert, and Ogilvy are too high. Way too high in some cases (Gallinari and Koufos mainly)

Gordon is probably a bit too low. Everyone is bashing him for his poor play at the end of the season, but the guy was nursing a wrist injury and that swirling turmoil at Indiana really took a toll on him and the rest of the team. I still think hes a top 6 prospect in this draft.

Randolph, Westbrook (Sorry, anyone with size that good and perimeter D as good as he is has a place in the NBA over one of the many undersized points in the draft.), Lawson, and Hansbrough are too low.

As someone has since said, his defense alone as a PG makes it impossible for him to be out of the top 15. And I really don't think his offense was that bad. Granted, sometimes he tries to much on offense, but that can be handled by coaches. If Westbrook is available at #13, no way Portland doesn't bite.

More than anyone in this draft other than Jordan, Westbrook would be helped by another year of college. I think he runs a big risk of flopping if he comes out this year. He has some intrguing qualities, but he is just too unrefined. People will be patient with big men, not with guards.

The Kings will not let Westbrook past them. If Arthur isnt available, Westbrook will be ideal for the Kings.

Gallinari is at least 6-9, probably 6-10 now.

For what it is worth,IMO Omer Asık is going to climb up in draft.I expect him to go somewhere between 20-25. He doesnt have a "crazy upside" but he is one of the best defensive big man in the draft and I dont think he wont drop beyond Jazz or Spurs's 1st round picks.

Randolph will seriously not fall that low, I'd be surprised if he went much lower than 12.

Randolph and Westbrook may not fall into the late teens. This is not where I think players will be drafted, that is what the mock draft is for. This is the order i rate these players. Sean May went 13th, that didn't stop me from rating him in the 30's.
