Kinda useless without context. There's a big difference between Chris Kaman's 21/11/2.5 and Duncan's 21/11/2.5.

Really hard to determine, whats real important is what are there field goal % but I think that the second option is better blocks are so important a presence in the middle anchors great defenses.

Both can be impressive, but you need to know more than just stats to know the true impact of a player.

I take the 21/11/2.5

The 2.5 blocks is what makes the difference. A legit shot blocker is impossible to come by, mix that with the fact that he also gives you 20 plus PPG and over 10 boards.

Yeah the 2.5 blocks is what separates him from a Zach Randolph type player. There's much more to it than the stats, but it seems Player A can anchor your defense and those type of players are much harder to find.

Blatant Tim Duncan vs. Kobe Bryant?

Carrer Averages:
Tim Duncan - 21.6 PPG, 11.8 RPG, 2.4 BPG
Kobe Bryant - 25.0 PPG, 5.3 RPG, 4.6 APG

Well, I'm not seeing it as blatant, since you could substitute in McGrady, LeBron, Shaq, etc. And I

21/11/2.5 means a tim ducan type of player
27/5/5 can be for ex arenas
