lol @ the Durant should play 4 , Green should play 4, yada yada...
People, it's plain and simple:
Durant is NOT A PF!!!
Durant is a swingman that can play 2, 3, and spot minutes at the 4 depending on the matchup. Hell, he can play spot mins at the 5 if he were playing Golden St or Phoenix subs. The point is you don't use height as a determinating factor- you use respective skillset. Magic was 6 9 and pretty thick, should he have been a PF?
With Green- he is a little more versatile. He can literally play every position on the court, but by no means is he a definitive PF either! He is also a swingman whose best position is 3 with spot mins at the 4, again- depending on the matchup.
The bottomline is that Durant and Green need to be on the floor together to continue the chemistry they are just now beginning to develop. Durant and Green can fill the 2/3 positions, as on defense they are both interchangable.
Seattle with Derrick Rose gives them an athletic facilitator, while with Beasley gives them an athletic scoring 4 that immediately becomes option #2. Either way, can't really go wrong...
