Some perimeter D would be nice. :banghead:

14 point lead, 3 minutes to go.

Keep scoring = win.

Stop them scoring = win.

STOP SCORING + LET THEM SCORE = TROUBLE.

Come on Mike, use your head.

Man, Rudy Gay is amazing.

That guy is going to be a superstar very soon.

You really can tell when the Suns are only kinda-interested...

Gotta give the Grizzlies credit, though: they played this one tough. Definitely didn't just roll over.

Well it was a win, but I think I'd have almost - almost - preferred a loss with our starters out instead of getting 35+ minutes and struggling to beat the Grizzlies.

Grizz fan here.

Good games guys. Your team works so well together. Every time we got close to making a run, someone would hit a difficult three to kill our morale.

Good luck with the rest of the season.

Your team's got a lot of space and Gay is amazing; you'll be competing before you know it.

I still hate you for giving away Gasol, though.

Your not the only one who hates us for the Gasol trade, but I truly think Amare will own Gasol in the playoffs. Gasol's too soft and there's a very good chance Pau will choke in the playoffs. It wouldn't be the first time.

I know, I know, but... the Lakers? Ugh. I can't think of a more annoying franchise. Boston's got at least as much claim to fame as they do, but they wear it better.

Plus, in general, I think there's a growing irritation regarding the large-market bias in the NBA, not least among Memphis' ownership.

You know, that starting five is pretty decent - Miller, Warrick, Gay, Conley, Milicic. Crittenden is out with a thumb problem and Kwame is just a large expiring contract. This team could be all right next year with the draft and a free agent.

Gay is really something.
So the draft day deal was Gay for Roy? I really had trouble with the Gay/Foye/Roy thing and getting them straight in my head.

Im not too worried about the minutes, becaues it didn't seem like the game was high intensity anyways.

Yeah I know there will be a 20 page thread at least for the Spurs game. Just noting how small this thread is because memphis is just plain horrible. Wish we could've rested some of our guys for the spurs, but with Mike D you know thats not going to happen.

You don't think anyone was watching the Women's College basketball championship game? My braket was all messed up by then.
