Man.

Chicago loses to Miami!?

Nets Beat the Raps.

VC still playing on a bum ankle?

Sacto loses.

Lebron might not play tonight?

We still play a bunch of wack teams in Charlotte, the Bucks and the Celts minus their starters.

Well there goes the 9th pick.

Wtf happened. We were up on Cleveland at the half and we score only 12 more points for the rest of the game?

We couldn't get ANY call and nobody hit a shot a layup or even a dunk ....

Lebron , Z or any Cavs get barely touched and get a foul call and we get hammered and don't .

But still some of the shots should have been falling ...

If I'm not mistaken the magic number is 1. 1 Hawks win or 1 Nets loss and then the Nets are officially eliminated from the playoffs.

My least favorite call in the whole game was that offensive foul that they called on Stromile when he was trying to seal off Joe Smith in the paint. That was a great physical play by Stromile... That was a weak call IMO (of course I'm biased  )

Ahhh how bout Stromile getting blocked 3 times in the game!! At least he was being aggressive, but damn. Swift's second half minutes were brutal because the Nets kept either missing or turning it over, and the Cavs couldn't miss with either fast break buckets or perimeter shots.

I have already excepted the fact we aren't making the playoffs this year.

I was just hoping for the 9th pick.

With Chicago losing to Miami it doesn't look good.

I was rooting for our team though when we were up, and even in the 4th at first, but once it got to double digits, all I was thinking was, 9th pick, 9th pick, 9th pick, 9th pick!

How are we gonna score if we cant get a rebound?

Don't mind it, it's just one of those Frank small ball system where he always use Nachbar as a PF and get beaten by Z on the rebounds or commiting a foul because when Cavs switch Nachbar ended up having Z, then you know what's gonna happen next, AND 1. And while they're playing SWill is on the bench watching and not getting the feel of the game. How the hell he'll be able to help us next year if he cant even get PT in a meaningless game? Unless Frank thinks we still have a shot

You know what though... Antoine and Marcus ended up developing all right... Antoine was just never as good as advertised (at least offensively) and Marcus' injuries this year really screwed him bad. Although I'd like for Sean to play more I think it's just Frank's style to bring rookies along slowly. Other, better coaches have done the same thing in the past so I'm not going to go that overboard with Sean not getting a lot of minutes.

with lebron on the bench we stalled out on offense and played terrible D as usual. We also went small with Z and Joe Smith on the floor.

Yeah and i don't care that much anymore that sean isn't playing much either. But I still don't trust frank to develop the young guys.

Return to Brooklyn Nets
