With that many men left on base, I don't know if they deserve a win. Let's hope they get it going!

Greg Aquino is approaching Wes Obermuller territory as the worst pitcher in Brewer History.

We got Yosted!

Aquino? Come on, who didn't see that coming? A guy with a 91 mph fastball and a crappy slider didn't get the job done?

From the JS:

Yost sent up Gabe Gross to pinch-hit for Kevin Mench, who entered the game hitting .405. But Yost noted that Mench was 0 for 4 off Qualls and Gross had homered in his only at-bat against Qualls. Gross got ahead in the count and took a mighty cut at a 3-1 fastball, then grounded out on another fastball.

It's stuff like this that drives me crazy. Ned Yost needs to put his "book" down just once.

Anybody hear Yost's postgame press conference? He said he put Aquino in because he has a better slide step and because he fields his position better. :banghead:
