Chicago already has 2 young centers in Noah & Gray and both are very popular. Both guys have very limited ability to play the 4. Drafting another pure 5 makes little sense.

Also, Jordan is not the type of player Paxson drafts. He takes proven college players. He's gambled once in the draft w/ Thomas and many people consider that Paxson's biggest mistake. Had he stayed with his "formula" and taken safer college picks like Alridge or Roy, what he usually does, the Bulls would be a completely different team. If Paxson wastes another draft pick on Tyrus Thomas pt II he'll probably be taken aside in an alley somewhere and dealt with.

I'd probably pencil in Russell Westbrook for now. I think Paxson takes the first PG/SG with penetration ability.

Noah would be best suited as a 4/5 combo guy, he cannot play the C position effectively against half the league and never will because of the type of body he has. And Aaron Gray is not a long term guy for the Bulls, he is a good end of the bench big.

I agree. The Raps are desperate for a wing upgrade, so I do see Colangelo drafting a wing, perhaps CDR, Batnum, Rush or Joe Alexander before going after a C, especially a C that has little offensive game i.e. Thabeet, just not the type BC goes after imo.
