Lottery

Post#1 » by Pacersike » Fri Apr 11, 2008 4:25 pm

I don't entirely get this. I generated a numberous of times with the espn mock draft the lottery, but the Pacers and other teams in the right colom always ended up at either 1, 2 or 3. Never just a few places above their current standings.

Do we have a better chance at ending up at the first three positions than at all the other positions above our current standings(4-10)? And how does this work?

They draw the top 3 slots, then after that, it goes by record. Therefore, if the Pacers don't get one of those top 3, they'll end up at their spot according to the record (or worse if one of the teams slotted behind them gets a top 3 pick).
I have no idea what you're talking about, and clearly, neither do you.
