This is a huge game.

We aren't going to be able to stop Shaq and Amare from fouling us all out, however last time out they shot ridiculous numbers of free throws and at a high percentage.

They also jumped out on us early and when you are 20 down in the first-quarter, you know there is trouble.

We were also on the second-half of a b2b, the first games being against Golden State.

Should be close.

Great game thread!

I don't see a win here, Phoenix is on a roll and should absolutely RAPE us inside like they did the last meeting. It's a big game though, we need to maintain the lead over them to keep the HC advantage we currently have.

We need to win this game , imo our only chance to advance in the playoffs is to get the 5th seed , if we can win 3 out of the last 4 we will gurantee the 5th seed and homecourt , 2 of 4 probably 5th seed with no homecourt anything less we will be 6th seed.
This should be a good game I hope Battier can play.

Go Rockets!!!

This is the biggest game of your season, if you don't win this one you're looking at the Spurs or the Lakers in their place for the first round.

Yeah, seriously. I know I'd rather face the Jazz, and I bet the Jazz want nothing to do with the Suns ;)

Man we are so gonna get killed tonight. All we can hope for is that they don't take us seriously and that they are fat and happy after that win over SA. PHX right now is playing a team that can win a title. Shaq is involved on both ends. Amare is playing out of his mind and their perimeter guys are making shots.

I like our chances if we can manage to keep it close. One thing we are good at is finding ways to win the close games. Its the games where we have completely mental lapses and get down by 10+ after the first quarter that we lose. If its close with 5 mins to go....we can manage something there. Lets see what we got in us.

Battier is out for tonights game..

http://www.eastvalleytribune.com/story/113580
Shane Battier will not play for the Houston Rockets tonight when they host the Suns in a key Western Conference game for playoff seeding.

Battier has been ruled out after he injured his left foot and ankle during the second half of Houston's 103-80 win over Seattle on Wednesday.

The Rockets will have all-star Tracy McGrady back after he missed Wedcnesday's game with a sore left shoulder that has bothered him for more than a week.

Houston currently holds the No. 3 seed in the West with a 53-25 record, but would fall behind the fifth-seeded Suns (53-26) with a loss tonight.

Start Novak!
