Well the rockets did their part. Suns can't get the #1 seed and looks like baring some real upset they will be the 5th or 6th seed.

Excellent. We need the Spurs to beat the Lakers on Sunday and us to beat Houston on Monday so Houston doesn't overtake SA. If Houston finishes 2-1 with a loss to us they are 56-27. If SA loses @ LA and against us, they are 55-27 and we are playing them in the first round (with HCA assuming we win out). I still want Houston on the road over that. Spurs probably have the best chance to beat LA.

Houston just bailed the Jazz out big time.

Now the Jazz have to do their part and win these next two games at home and hope for the best against the Spurs.

For losing last night, now the Suns aren't moving any farther ahead of the Jazz. Plus, as I have said I want the Rockets again in the first round.

Doesn't this make this tougher for us to get homecourt?

I guess Rockets will have to lose another game.

I am not worried about home court as much as I am match ups. I would rather match up with Houston then the Suns. Houston has some very young players which the Jazz would take advantage of in the playoffs. Suns, Spurs and Lakers are all vets with playoff experience.

The Jazz have worked hard this year to get where they are in seeding, I don't want to lose on a fluke first round match up.

I agree, no way we can play the lakers in round 1 now, So at least they are off of potential opponents.
