i agree with mason 100%.

as much as the backcourt frustrates me right now, i'd love to see how this roster would fare under a veteran coach. i think players would be more inclined to follow the game plan and play their roles properly.

why would anyone want to trade mason? he plays hard on the defensive end and brings a little offensive firepower. a guy coming off the bench like him for 15-20 minutes a night, a guy who knows his role and can give his all, is invaluable. i hope he always wears the red and green.

Mason needs to realize that the teams he referred to all gave their management very good reasons to be kept intact and given a chance to show what they can do. This Bucks team hasn't done that. Actually, the 03-04 Bucks did that until Thomas was traded and Ford got hurt, so Mason's statements would have applied then. But not now. Especially when the team's go-to guys are holding back the one guy who they should obviously build around.

That said, I wouldn't mind seeing the Bucks make some win-now moves as long as they did it with a 4-5 year window in mind (not a 1-2 year window). For example, trading Yi for a borderline all-star forward or trading Mo and CV for JO would be a nice move without overhauling the entire roster.

Is this a plea to not get traded or is he serious about keeping these guys together? I agree that the way to win is consistency but I cant see Awvee Storey developing into a great long term option. I

WINNING....Tina Turner asked it best..."What's Love got to do with it!?"

iT IS A SECOND HAND EMOTION....give me some heart, some passion, and some professional pride! Not just contract year wonders!

All the Bucks have are guys who are good players good guys and good stat stuffers if not mediocore players, who play on a losing team!

It has been like that for 4 years now...IN THE WEAK ASS EAST! Look at the Sixers without Iverson! A playoff team!

In fact, Andre Iguodala and Amare Stoudemire are my two MVP's no one talks about in both conferences along with Tracy McGrady and even Joe Johnson in Atlanta!

Why can't Redd get it done here??? JUST EXCUSES! A lot of soft players.
Villanueva drops 38 then gets hurt the next game!

Just soft...bring a guy in here and then go get Ron Artest and a Jermaine O'Neal or Brad Miller who you know you can go to war with and they will be tough minded enough to kick some ass!

Get rid of this losing Milwaukee mentality and lets win! win win win win win win!!!!

PLAY TO WIN!

Keepers in my mind - Redd, Bogut, Mason, Bell, Sessions, Yi (only cuz I know he won't be traded)

Trade Fodder - Mo, Villa, Simmons, Gadzuric, Draft Pick (if not top 3)

Kick em to the curb - Storey, Voskuhl, Ruffin, Ivey (I guess he could stay, but I'd just as soon try someone new)
eASTsIDEbUCKSFAN...

COME OFF IT MAN! no keepers!!!! no keepers on this team!

GET RID OF THE LOSING CULTURE.....NO KEEPERS AT ALL mILWAUKEE!

The only one who is close is Bogut and I would even deal him for the right player! Herb Kohl needs to let this man come in and evaluate this team and do what he sees fit to totally revamp this moribund franchise!

We need a total drastic makeover! Especially if he brings in Carisle or Larry Brown! NO ONE SHOULD BE UNTOUCAHABLE AND A KEEPER!

Everyone is on the block! Do it now and no band-aids or window dressing! Do what Portland did....complete overhaul your franchise while their is time in the East!

If we were in the West then yes you tweak it....but we are not. So you completely tear Larry Harris' team down TOTALLY!

None of us should recongnize these Bucks next year at all...aND KOHL NEEDS TO GET OUT THE WAY!!!!

I have absolutely no attachement whatsoever to any one of these players for the first time in my entire life of fandom! I would get rid of them all and not so much as bat an eye!

And everyone of you and everyone one in this organization and Bucks family should feel the same way.

This should be oin par with the 'Green and Growing' era of the Bucks when we had those 3 firt round picks that turn into Benson Marques and Grunfeld ....

Moses was 40 years onto Mount Siani, Jesus spent 40 days and nights in the wilderness tempted of the devil...and the Bucks have been in the NBA as charter members for 40 years....

IT IS TIME TO MOVE ON...TO THE PROMISED LAND! We cannot take all those with us this next 40...

If things were right we should have Kohl sell a majority share of the team to Junior Bridgemann and a contingent and completely let Hammond and his assistants and coaches turn this entire team over.

THERE IS NOT ONE PLAYER WHO KNOWS HOW TO WIN or what it takes....NOT ONE!

Not one....go get some!!!!
