Dude.......were not the better team......

Oh, we absolutely are. Look at their roster, it is a joke. Half the players are a bunch of guys named Joe.

The Sixers have been playing like crap since they clinched though, as I said before.

This is pathetic...Agent Zero is not an impact player, they kept their playoff positioning without him and Caron for most of the year. Again, Maurice Cheeks needs to be somewhere OTHER then our bench next year.

we didn't even fight them to the finish.... we've officially cooled off... any chance of a 2nd round appearance just went out the window... and it didn't even look like we cared about it down the stretch.

If you go position by position, the only one of their starters that would crack our starting lineup is Jamison.

Miller>Arenas, Green>Stevenson, Iggy>Butler, Sammy>Haywood

Our bench is stronger too.

But the better team doesn't always win. Especially when you play like you've already won a title.

let me enter SendEm mode for a bit......

first Take off your Homer glasses.

Butler is better than Iggy.....atleast right now. Iggy probbally would still strat but at sg.

Hurt Arenas is worse than Miller but not-Hurt Arenas is a **** all-star, all-nba guy.

also you just said Willie Green was better than someone not named crap.

stop being a homer a realize that we not quite there yet.

we could still get the 8th seed, Atlanta is 3-1 against us, if we lose the rest of our games, and they win theirs.....tied at 40-42

EDIT: Atlanta is about to lose to Boston, so its not possible.

I'm not being a homer, I'm being realistic. Arenas is a better pure scorer than Miller, but Miller does every single other thing better than Arenas. He defends better, penetrates better, rebounds better, passes better, makes other players better(better).

Butler not better than Iggy, are you serious? Other than having a better jump shot maybe, Iggy does everything else better than Butler as well.

Green is not as bad as you think? Green is having an awful stretch, but in case you didn't know, Green is having just as good if not a better year than Stevenson. It is close, and could go either way, but it really is a toss-up. I think Green is a better fit for our running style. Stevenson is better in the half court.

I also don't know why you keep bringing up the fact that we aren't there yet. I never said we were, but we are a top 5 team in the east.
