I'm not being a homer, I'm being realistic. Arenas is a better pure scorer than Miller, but Miller does every single other thing better than Arenas. He defends better, penetrates better, rebounds better, passes better, makes other players better(better).

Butler not better than Iggy, are you serious? Other than having a better jump shot maybe, Iggy does everything else better than Butler as well.

Green is not as bad as you think? Green is having an awful stretch, but in case you didn't know, Green is having just as good if not a better year than Stevenson. It is close, and could go either way, but it really is a toss-up. I think Green is a better fit for our running style. Stevenson is better in the half court.

I also don't know why you keep bringing up the fact that we aren't there yet. I never said we were, but we are a top 5 team in the east.

There is no point in even replying to you after this post unless you actually decide to bring an argument to the table. It's a waste of my time otherwise.

Butler is one of the best wing defenders in the NBA. He's a better rebounder, probably equal passer, he is a better free throw shooter, has a better jump shot and I would argue that he is a better scorer overall.

In fact, I'd take Butler over Arenas any day of the week. One of the most underrated players in the league, if you ask me.

Eh... I'm not big on Butler's defense. I'd take Iggy 7 days a week. I think Iggy is a much better passer, and a better rebounder also(despite the numbers). Iguodala has the intangibles that Butler lacks. He is a lot smarter and has a better court sense than Butler as well.

And you're wasting our time with your homer talk. For someone to say that Andre Miller is a better player than Gil Arenas, that Iguodala is flat out better than Butler, to praise Willie Green and call this team a top 5 team in the East after what you just saw tonight and ever since two games before the playoff clinching game...it just screams "homer".

Serious, it's time to step away and rethink things a bit.

You still haven't even given an argument as to why. I can say that Eddie House is the best player in the NBA if I don't have to argue it and bring facts to the table.

Caron Butler lacks intangibles now? I actually would liek to know what intangibles does Butler lack, yet Iguodala has?

Court sense, court vision, running the break, in-game smarts, footwork, hustle, grit, etc.

Because anybody with a brain knows Gilbert Arenas is better than Andre Miller. A 3-time All Star, 3-time All-NBA player that's been averaging over 25 ppg has to be better than Andre Miller.

As an unbiassed fan I would take Butler over Iggy pretty easily. I'd also take Arenas over Miller, Jamison over Evans, Stevenson and Green both suck and Dalembert has the edge over Haywood. I'd tell you to stop being a homer but since this is the Philly board I guess I would be a bit out of line..

Great game by your guys until GA did his thing at the end.

This game scared the crap out of most Wizard fans.

I wouldn't want to face the Sixers again, thats for sure.

You'll did a layup practice against us.

Good luck.

10-15 this year of Butler. I've watched Butler play a ton throughout his career, even back in college as well. I was a fan of him in college.

He is a better scorer, but Miller is a better floor general, far superior court vision, he makes everyone around him better, his mid-ranged jumper is money.

If we traded Miller for Arenas right now, we'd have 10 less wins. I guarantee you. You are underestimating Miller. This year, he is a top 5 PG in the NBA. He doesn't have the sizzle some other big name players has, but anyone who knows the game of basketball knows what he brings to the table for this team.

When healthy, CB has all those things. He has been hurt most of the year.

When he was healthy he was in the top 10 list for MVP. The man does it all.
This off season I think he will work on him one on one game a little more. Maybe that's the thing you haven't seen a lot of from him. He has done it. But when your wheel are bad. It's hard to do.

CB has had his health problems though. Some Wizards fans are starting to question if he is injury prone.

All that said. Igi is a great talent also and I really like the talent the Sixers have. You'll are so fast as a team. My guess is the only thing missing is a 1/2 court game. Not sure if that mean you'll adding a player or not.

But like I said. I hope you don't see you'll again.

And if you supposedly have seen all these games (not sure if it's true or not), you have come to the conclusion that Caron Butler, an All Star, lacks all those things you named and yet Iguodala does have them all? Wow.

Ok, this is where I get off. I'm too tired to argue with a homer tonight. I'm sorry, not going to do it.
