Good effort, but a few questions?
Why does Charlotte take a pure PG when they have Felton? Westbrook makes 10X more sense because he can play either position. They also need size. Why does Indiana take a SF who floats around the three point line? They need interior scoring (especially in JO leaves). I definitely do not believe Ibaka is a first rounder. And Boston already has Perkins, Powe, Garnett, and Davis in the post.
EDIT: Do like the rest of the top 10, especially Randolph to NJ because I think they are looking to deal Jefferson (mainly to get LBJ in there in 2010)

That's some pretty serious talent going in the 16 to 20 range, especially when you consider how raw the players you have going from 9 to 14 are. Also, if Sacto are going for a PF, I don't see them taking a project big like McGee over a safer, more polished pick like Arthur or Love. Part of the reason people are high on McGee is because of his potential to be a force at the 5 (though he has a long, long way to go if he wants to realize that potential), but Sacto has Hawes at the 5 already, so McGee would definitely play the 4.
