Our little trip to Bucks country, part 2

Post#1 » by vlietinho » Fri Apr 11, 2008 2:16 pm

After our fantastic experience last season (http://www.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=588187), we decided to check out another Bucks game while on holiday. Since we planned on going to Mexico, I thought why not fly to Miami first, go to the game and then fly to Cancun. So we planned it and did so.

We arrived in Miami on the 21 of March, the game was on the 24th, and left for Cancun on the 26th.

So we drove to Key West and Cape Canaveral on the other days, which was fun.

The then we went to the game, well game.. geez.. luckily the weather was great and so was Mexico, so I quickly forgot about it. We did bring the flag, but since the camera

Nope. Although he did notice us in the stands and recognized/remembered who we were I guess since he smiled and kind of waved.

Shouldnt be that hard for him to remember his hardcore fan(s)

He should've at least taken 5 minutes during the shootaround to get a pic taken with you guys.

I mean, it's only once a year that Dan Gadzuric has homeland fans travel to the US to watch him play 10 minutes.

Last year when vlietinho and his girlfriend were in Milwaukee the Bucks let him sit courtside before the game and he got to meet Danny.

Those last 3 pics look great, I might have to head to Mexico when my Euro-fetish has faded.

Marco,

You clearly have money to travel (unlike me) and your country is well respected (unlike my) so you can get papers to travel (unlike me). Therefore I will invite you to came here in Sarajevo if you want. I will be your host of course and help with everything. 2 euro bucks fans should meet sometime. Maybe not this year but sometime.

Ilhan,

thx for the offer, I'll keep that in mind. But my money's gone now, and so are my days off from work. But I agree it would be fun for us Euro fans to meet some day, and your country is pretty nice, at least I know other parts of former Yugoslavia are. But I have never been in Bosnia before so that would be nice.
