Eh, Houston rappers mostly suck. Slim thug is okay, mike jones and paul wall suck ass, chamillionaire fell off, where the hell is lil flip? z-ro and trae have been quiet for a while, umm who else... T.I. is good (even though he's not from houston, he always mentions h-town in his songs), overall they just suck.

Lil wayne = best rapper alive. :nod:

Red Hot Chili Peppers = best band/group ever. :nod:

Nah maan... I gotta disagree with you on a couple of things.... Swisha House sucks.. I've never been a fan of Mike Jones, Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, or Slim Thug. But not all Houston rap sucks. I'm more of an ol school S.U.C. fan. R.I.P. DJ SCREW... Lets not forget Scarface is from Houston. I like Z-Ro and Lil Keke as well. Trae is alright. Out of the south though, U.G.K. definatley goes the hardest.

Best rapper alive is Jay-Z hands down! No competition.. I like Lil Wayne but he aint nothin on Jigga!

wow.... let me tell you what houston rap is...

alot of these new songs are whack... but i listen to the old houston rap...

old houston rap can not be topped in my opinion

Phat Pat: ghetto dreams, tops drop, body rock.... etc

ESG: Ocean of Funk

Lil Flip [when he was young]: best freestyle ever

color changing click [paulwall chamillionaire]: big swangers

UGK: they always go hard

Big Moe: BAR BABY

Big Pokey: Like Man

Lil Troy : wanna be a baller

houston rap back in the day was the ****...... zro holds it down in my opinion for houston now

Haha that's funny.. I was actually debating on whether or not I should put "after Jay-Z" next to lil wayne's name.. but yeah I can't argue with you there.. I'd give the edge to Jigga as well.

Fat Pat would have been HUGE if he wouldnt of passed so young! As far as songs go... lets see we cant forget about that "MAAN !!!" Lil Troy was definatley a "one hit wonder."

UGK is the best rap group of all time.

Flip the best freestyle? Idk maan... id have to go with the "Mo City Don" by Z-Ro.

Look Z-RO is by far my favorite rapper but everyone knows that wasn't a freestyle. And yeah back in the day Flip was the Freestyle King. In fact it was Screw that gave him that name.

lol well I meant to say the OLD lil wayne. I agree he's fell off by a large margin over the past few years.. I barely listen to his new stuff though.. its whack. Overall I don't really listen to rap that much anymore.. I've moved on. :nod:

Slim Thug is alright, but I don't care for a rapper who claims to be such a badass freestyler but can't think of anything to say but his name, his phone number, and that stupid back then crap.

Chamillionaire is pretty much the ****. Lil flip was good years ago. I listen to Wayne, Paul Wall, and UGK, but damn I hate that screwed and chopped bootlegged stuff.

Lol na man. I liked the Devil's Night (the 1st D12 CD), but it was mainly good because Eminem was still on top of his game then. It's no coincidence that as soon as Eminem started sucking, D12's sophomore album was rather weak as well.
