I think we can beat them, right now we have a chance of clinching the 2nd spot. Playing against the Phoenix Suns would be risky, but against SA we would not have a chance.
Not to mention I'd love to kick the Mavs into rebuilding mode after we got ripped off in our series against them so badly. They're going down no matter what this year, I just want us to be the ones to send them there.

I'm torn on this one I'd like either the Jazz or Dallas just cause of our recent playoff exits with them.
Really I don't want the Jazz without Yao but Dallas might finally be piecing the Kidd trade together. I wouldn't underestimate that team.
I think I'd rather have the 4-5 seed path cause next rd we'd likely see either NO or LAL next. Avoiding SA as long as possible and hoping they get knocked out is our best bet. Though I wouldn't want PHX really either. Seeding will be everything this year.

They're a mediocre defensive team that has played poorly on the road this season. If we went in with the homecourt we'd be the underdogs, but we'd have a better chance than v. most of the other teams.
Mavs would be ok too, but it's almost a moot point now. after tonight the 5th seed beckons.
Yea this would be a good match up too but the problem is it would take the 2nd seed to get it. We weren't gonna get that so we decided to aim a bit more realistically. That is the 4-5 match up with HC advantage.

We cannot get this anymore. I think today's game against Utah will be a very tough one to pull out, AND the Hornets and Spurs have to lose both their games for us to get 2nd seed. Highly doubt that.
