Random question, but what exactly can DUI attorneys do for their clients once they're caught? I mean, there doesn't seem to be much leeway in terms of whether or not there's evidence....

This is sad, not Melo entirely, but the whole incident.

So many innocent people are killed every single day because of people who decide to drink AND drive. Ugh! :-?

If you're going to drink, and can't fathom to drive home, call a friend, pay for a taxi ride home, but DO NOT drive on your own.

In the state of Colorado there isn't much an attorney can do for you with regards to routine DUI's, regardless of how much you are willing to pay them.
