Homer goes to the school of softball throwing along with the MJS writers.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Eh...good to hear Hammond making the rounds.....

But Homer will get the whole interview taken off topic with some quirky point he'll want to make....like talking about Hammond coaching Southwest Missouri State or something like that.

C'mon Homer.....put the gloves on and address the role of Ron Walter directly...

I don't get how Homer has been able to host a sports talk show for all these years. He always has seemed like he talks sports about 10% of the time and the other 90% he rambles on about nothing or tries to be funny.

I think 1510 management shares some of your concerns. His producer Mitch pretty much has his mic on all of the time so he can interject.

Anyways, the interview isn't at 4:20. They pushed it back.

Homer has taken some e-mail questions to ask Hammond...hopefully the e-mailers were to the point.

Kohl gave his word that Hammond could do his job to make this work???? (paraphrasing what he said.. but that's interesting.)

Yeah I caught that and found it interesting.. he's never said that before I don't think.

Mediocrity seems to be accepted.

Good jobs don't open up. And every job that's been offered has had it's issues.

I also like his statement:

"We won't tolerate mediocrity. This franchise probably, for a long time, has tolerated mediocrity and we won't do that anymore"

Amen...

Loved the quote about point guards.. where he said something to the effect of. "if your point guard has deficiencies (admitted that there aren't perfect PG's beyond maybe J. Kidd) then that's the quickest way to have your team exposed."
