And he's earned those minutes from great play. If Stuckey can earn 27 mpg in April playing behind Chauncey Billups and Rip Hamilton.... why can't Mason get playing time in April behind DeShawn Stevenson and Antonio Daniels?

And for the season, Stuckey outperforms Mason in every way in fewer minutes, besides his shooting percentages that have gone up each month after he returned from hand surgery. Oh, and Stuckey knows his role too.

Mason just dropped 31 points on the Pacers.

Mason with 6 20+ point games. Stuckey with only 1, granted that he missed 25 games.

Mason with 2 30+ point games. Stuckey with zero.

Stuckey is a slightly better rebounder and passer, but you look for scoring way above all the other things out of your sixth man (Mason's role up until Arenas returned). That is why Mason is a better player than Stuckey right now.

Long term, I'm sure Stuckey will start at PG for the Pistons, but, for now, I'd take Mason.

Detroit, Chicago and Boston.

Boston went from one of the worst benches in the league to a very good bench in Cassell/Posey/House/Brown/Davis
