You would have been banned a long time ago if I warned you for everything I'm capable of warning you for but that is easily rectifiable and if I remember correctly, Wizzle never really liked you that much so what are you talking about? I've always liked your posts. Being deliberate in ones prose is never pedantry, and your wit and word choice are readily apparent to whomever has had the good fortune in reading them.

I'd wish people took the time to ponder what it took to convince others on an anonymous message board rather than just getting their opinion out and then having some frivolous debate. You write good. I wish more people who participate discourse on the internet were like that.

Clutch could not stand my ass because he has something personal against me, and thats it...I emailed him he emailed me and I told him, I will never ever again visit his website, that was almost two years ago, I never gave him a click more!

You warn me, thats laughable, do you remember why you banned me last time? do you know why you warned me 2 times for the past 3 weeks or so...its laughable...and you know why? I am a member on like 20 forums and never been banned anywhere besides here and CF! I have my own website with 9K users and I dont go around on a banning spree because someone called someone an idiot and they cant resolve it between each other!

Yeah, moofs is a fantastic poster and so are you. Along with Wizzle, I think you have very strong diction. Your posts are pleasant to read and they often strike me in awe.

What's up with your selective suspension policy. You only target those who you personally don't like. You let a troll Spolgar get into a verbal war with others using numerous personal attacks, completely take over and trashed a productive thread and let him spew his anti-China political agenda in a topic about Yao and Chinese medicine... It took a global mod to recognize what was happening and actually lock that thread he trashed. And he never had a suspension... Yet you threaten Amel and me over slipping a few curse words after a game. I mean its cool if you want to be strict, but selective suspensions are lame.

Amel hasn't done anything outrageous to warrant a ban. Do something more productive instead of looking for which rocket fan to suspend or ban over something said in a "Game thread" or has a differing opinion from you. As piss happens normally after a loss in a game thread. Quit freaking out over it. It's not like we didn't settle our differences at the end.

I dont think its about being ungrateful, no board would work properly without mods, I have 5 or 6 and they help me a lot, but being fair and at some times understandable is what really makes out a good mod....

I mean not everyone can be without saying a bad word or getting a bit hyped up, epsecially on a sports board where everyone is passionate about their club and love for sports....I'm not saying it is right to call out people and hurt them in any way, there should be some lines

I agree man, I've got a few unwarranted warnings in the kings board when i compared Aaron Gray to Spencer Hawes. I mean not every fan knows about Spencer Hawes. The Mod got offended when i compared Aaron Gray to Spencer Hawes, he felt my opinion devalued his favorite player and he gave me a warning. I didn't know Hawes was the Next big thing according to him. He probably just hates me because i am a rocket fan that decided to visit kings board. And another weird warning came from a king game thread after i criticized how the team played after a bad loss(because i wanted them to win). I mean if mods want to judge us on our "previous warnings". At least read our comments first to see if it was warranted.

I ruined a thread? A guy with a chomsky avatar wrote a solid, informed post on the many efforts of civil protests pertaining to the civil rights condition in China, a matter that I have a great deal of interest in because my folks still live there, and your rebuttal can be summarised to "Yous a dumbass. I don't need to listen to you." That garnered my ire, and upon swapping a few posts you retired from the flamefest and put me on your "ignore list." Then compucomp comes along and starts yabbering gibberish about the possibility of invading Taiwan, and putting the populace under regimented reconditioning after the conquest. There upon trying to _fix_ the thread, which some of you might have read, compucomp agreed to a contest of insults, which I won easily, and I'm to blame for a thread going down in flames? It's obvious to me that anyone who campaigns for an active invasion of a country on a sports board should be banned.

Look man, I don't know what your problem is. I read your posts and it is evident that every time you disagree with someone on this board, you have managed to raise the ambient temperature of the discussion consistently. I've followed these boards for a few years now, and you consistently do this. This is why a mod might want to see you gone. There is nothing selective or biased about it. I've never had words with vator and we've never talked. It's very unlikely someone is able to curtail favoritism without so much as a conversation.

Man, it's not like you weren't able to edit out your supposed slips after you are done typing afterwards. It's bothersome to me that there is obviously a mind behind that keyboard of yours from the content you post, but the tone of arrogance and the inability to warrant a different perspective to have some possibility of validity makes having a discussion nigh impossible. The point of these boards is to have such discussions and if your presence is actively stopping this from happening, as evidently portrayed in the last 2-3 pages of posts, then I'm sorry, you and people like you are to blame. If you are detering the very purpose of these internet facilities and upon warning after warning you chose to conduct yourself in the same old manner, then it's no surprise to anyone that you would not be welcomed anymore.

1. Of course I know why I sent you warnings...what kind of a question is that? Don't fret though, in case I ever forget, it is electronically chronicled in multiple places.
2. I just found this statement funny. "I am a member on like 20 forums and never been banned anywhere besides here and CF!" There appears to be a common connection here.
3. This is the largest sports forum on the internet. Other sites may choose to run what they do differently but "when in Rome"
4. Calling people names may seem minor to you but the people who own this board seem to think otherwise. There are places like the ESPN forum where you can get away with that kind of stuff but here it is a direct violation of the board rules and won't fly.

I guess when I type things like "guys chill", "tone it down", "stop with the insults", etc. I should throw in a little jokey joke for you not to completely ignore me. Wizzle would quickly put people in their place right in the middle of threads so don't even give me that. I have been modding this board for 2 and a half seasons and have only had to have a handful of Rockets fans booted and they more than deserved it. I always try to appeal to your common sense but when that doesn't work I have no other choice other than to follow the template provided by the Administration here. I have edited posts with no official warnings, sent PMs without officialy warning people and tried to explain what they are doing wrong but there is always a small faction who just aren't going to "get it". I even remember a time I tried to do that for you via PM and you basically responded with "I need to chill" and the it's not a big deal attitude. Read the rules. One time I asked you not to do something and you know how you responded in your next post...you did it again. But yeah, I'm the bad guy just picking on you even though there are times I just simply edit your post and never make mention of it to you. I'm not required to give chances when I see rules being blatantly violated but I do it all the time so that people don't get suspended left and right. You don't have to like the rules or agree with them but "it is what it is"

I love it when two problem posters try to take up for each other. It always ends well.

1st the targeting people I "don't like" statement. That is a completely unsubstantiated comment and just flat out not true. Then you bring up Spolgar? No offense to him but I didn't even know who that was a few minutes ago as he rarely posts. If he hadn't posted in this thread I still wouldn't know. I'm glad he said it first, but I have never even spoken to this dude so how can I be showing him favoritism? That is all I'm going to say about that for the sake of not putting people on the spot. I really don't dislike people unless they start stirring up trouble. Then you say I suspend people who have different opinions. Wow! Ask Iggy how many times I have helped him and prevented him from getting suspended despite the fact that we rarely agree on anything and used to argue all the time.

2nd the Chinese Medicine thread issue. I wasn't interested in the thread much and didn't go in it daily. Compucomp and others were posting some outrageous things there but guess what...nobody clicked the report button. Believe it or not, all of us mods don't have the time to read every single post, in every single thread, every single day, which is why the report button exists in the first place. I have a real life and real life issues at times. This guy went crazy for 24 hours and nobody even thought to click one simple button that could have ended it all. Instead people backseat modded and asked for the thread to be locked a few times when it should have been obvious that what was going on was being overlooked instead of ignored. For the record, my daughter was sick that day and I wasn't online much but I did login to check for reports.

We are a team. We rely on other mature, responsible and intelligent posters to at times be our eyes and ears to combat idiocy. All it takes is one little click. That is your biggest weapon against a bad poster. Actually, there are two ways to get in touch with us. A simple PM would have also been helpful and productive. I was very shocked to see what had been going on in that thread Saturday morning and action was taken.

This is a perfect example of why you can't have it both ways. Moderators step in to prevent things from getting out of hand. When things get out of hand, people get offended and some go too far and then people complain that "the mods aren't doing anything."

Also to clear up one last misconception...King Roosk is the one who locked that thread, not some outside moderator like you claim.

Lastly, don't follow the rules if you don't want to. You can call it lame or whatever else you want but it won't change a thing. I can't force you to do anything you don't want. Go wild, but don't complain about it when the inevitable happens. Life is choice driven...we live and die by the choices that we make on a daily basis and we reap the consequences of our decisions and actions.

Oh my god, you're still mad about that? Well I've already apologized to you on that very thread already. If you're still mad, I can't help you. But it is worthy to note that you enjoy getting other people's feathers ruffled up, but when the tables are turned you exhibit a malaise that is quite profound indeed.
