Since the game is meaningless..how about If i start this thread? Ive been quiet this year thanks to a new born so I dont think this thread would trigger much in the Jinx category. What do you think?

I would bench jamison. No need for him too play. He has logged too many minutes this season and has been the only star to not get hurt. Right now, he is probably our most important player

It would be a fitting extension of the Ji Jinx for the Sixers to appeal last night's game and get the final call overturned, only to have the Wiz lose the finale and home court advantage...
Seriously, get Gil some minutes but rest almost everyone else from the front line players. I expect a lot of Young, McGuire, and Pech. And since the game is meaningless, Brendan will probably play 38 minutes.

Seriously, I can remember at least twice last night when Jamison was tossed onto the floor (once holding his jewels) and I proceeded to prematurely curse our luck
. And all that after DS goes down with his back acting up. For the love, let the guys (including CB) sit as a precaution if nothing else. I wouldn't mind for sheer entertainment watching Gil run with the young guns though, he could probably use some run to get back in game shape anyways...
And I'm new, humor me and let me know the source of Ji's curse

You know what this means, don't you? If either Gil or Caron plays tomorrow night, both will probably be dead by halftime. Or at least missing a leg or two.
The Ji Curse is real. Respect it.
Satan is happy with your progress.

Board tradition says if the Wiz win the creator of the game thread starts the thread for the next game. Ji is famous for jumping the queue and starting a premature game thread, in the Playoffs IIRC, the Wiz lost, players may have been injured (I forget) and the mojo was disrupted. Here once again the JInx is trying to bogart somebody's winstreak and thumb his nose at the gawds of basketball, their rituals and rites of proper obeisance. You know, round these parts we don't mess with the mojo.
