David West or Pau Gasol?
Who would you take? Consider the playoffs in your choice.

David West hasnt been to the playoffs since his rookie year and back then he wasnt half the player he is today... so... on what basis should we consider the playoffs?

Couldn't say it any better.
West is a better shooter, lil tougher, better mug face.
Gasol can play PF or C, better passer, probably better post game
Go with Gasol cuz he's taller......
I'm so tired of the typical......

West isn't a better shooter than Gasol. Gasol shoots .434 on jumpers, West shoots .429. West just takes a lot more jumpers than Gasol, which isn't really a good thing.
Just last year, Gasol shot .453 on jumpers, while West shot .413.
Gasol is West, but taller, a better passer, and his height gives him the ability to play in the low post more.
Gasol.

Well I think of them in this type of way...
West is a poor man's Boozer...
Gasol is a poor man's KG...
I have to side with Gasol, I think his passing ability and underrated shotblocking is enough for me to take him.
West is underrated by the mass media but people who honestly cover the sport respect his night in and night out production.

Gasol also is more efficient, even without playing with Chris Paul.
