bitter?
Not really. I was expecting a little better than this from my guys tonight, but I'm ultimately not surprised in how it turned out. But like dcash said, the same thing happened in Sacramento with the Lakers fans there. I was just commenting on the fact that it's kind of dumb to chant MVP every time a guy exhales. I would kind of expect to hear when he....like....plays like an MVP.

I was just joking with you. My hats off to the Kings this year they played well all season even being hurt and playing with younger players.
It just seemed like you took a little jab at those fans who are calling for Kobe for MVP. You might not think he is an MVP this year and that is all good. Obviously, us Laker fans think he is the MVP and it would be no different if the Kings and their fans were in the same situation.

Cheers.

maybe they just want to get their point across
i can speak from being there, the first MVP chant was at the end of january for CP3
we didn't do it except for when CP went to the free throw line late in games we already won. the earliest i heard them was late in the third quarter on a few occasions
no scoreboard graphics were made for our fans to be prompted by

Big ups to Paul. He had a great year and I think he is worthy of the MVP as much as Kobe. However, you are trying to make a fan standpoint as Laker fans shouldnt root on their MVP who has been doing damage in this league for 12 years and had a great season and a great MVP worthy season.
There is no shame in supporting your best player, who happens to be an MVP candidate.
Cheers.

i just said how we supported CP, nothing about Kobe
also after several big wins, as fans left the NOrena, they walked under a tunnel and went "WOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!", in recognition of the sound effect played in the New Orleans Arena for CP3 whenever he does something
this was after one particularly big win

My apologies if I misunderstood your point. Obviously, all fans are going to support their MVP as you have said.

Cheers.

Gratz to the Lakers. They picked up two big wins when they had too against NO and SA. They are extremely good at home and should be able to turn the West's top seed into a WCF appearance. Still like Kenny Smith said when everybody is separated by about 5 games..nobody is that much better than any body else.
